It’s time to play Did You Know? And tonight’s category is The Rocky Horror Show. Did you know that during the rehearsals for the show’s original run in London, director Jim Sharman took the cast to the cinema to see a screening of the film, Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls? He wanted them to use it as their stylistic inspiration: ‘You are all going to see your characters in a film, Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls.’

the poster for the community theatre production of Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show that i was in. i played one of the 6 Phantoms — there were 3 boys & 3 girls — so much fun!
