she was one of the few things i enjoyed about this particular production
So, Im trying to not get my hopes too high (in case this doesnt happen), but i was talking with one of the producers of the Little Shop i was in last weekend. After our Friday night show, he was discussing the 2014/15 season, and what shows members had suggested. He told me one of the most-suggested musicals was The Rocky Horror Show.
How i’d LOVE to be in this show, again!

It’s time to play Did You Know? And tonight’s category is The Rocky Horror Show. Did you know that during the rehearsals for the show’s original run in London, director Jim Sharman took the cast to the cinema to see a screening of the film, Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls? He wanted them to use it as their stylistic inspiration: ‘You are all going to see your characters in a film, Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls.’
Now you know!
the original Janet and Brad — Julie Covington and Christopher Malcolm
Julie was only in the cast for a couple of weeks, before being replaced by Belinda Sinclair — which is why she’s not on the cast recording
the bedroom scenes during the play were acted out behind a white screen and red light, in complete silhouette
